Before & After School Program
Mission
St. Joseph Catholic School's Before and After School Program called St. Joseph Care Club (SJCC) was designed to meet the needs of its students (Full Day, Pre-K – 5th grade) and their working parents. The purpose of the St. Joseph Care Club program is to provide a child centered, safe, and happy environment. Each day we will offer homework time and recreation time. In addition, a variety of activities which include but are not limited to: arts and crafts, games, projects, and music.
Registration Form
The registration form must be filled out completely prior to your child’s first day attending aftercare and the information recorded on it should be kept current. Please notify the school secretary if there are any changes in business or personal information such as address or phone number during the school year.
Cost
The cost of the program is $6.00 per hour for each student. There will be a minimum charge of $6.00 per day. You must pre-pay in advance through the FACTS Parent Portal.
Late Pick Up: If you are going to be late for any reason, please call or make alternate arrangements. Parents of children picked up after 5:30 p.m. will be charged $1.00 for every minute after 5:30 p.m.

Calendar: The program will only operate on days when school is in session, unless notified differently.
Before School Hours: 7:00 a.m. until 7:50 a.m.
Before School Drop Off: Children may enter through the west door entrance (back parking lot by the library).
After School Hours: 2:45 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Early Dismissal Hours: 1:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
After School Pick Up: Children should be picked up in the school gym or the east door entrance (blue gym door) unless otherwise noted (if the gym is in use, aftercare will be in the library). Children are to be picked up from the after school program by a parent or a designated adult. For security purposes, photos and emergency information are kept on file.
Dismissal: Your child may be dismissed from the program for repeated inappropriate behaviors.
Medication: If the student requires rescue medications (Epi-pen, inhaler) it must be provided by the parent and carried in the student’s backpack along with the proper paperwork. Medication in the office is for backup only.
