Holly’s education began right here at St. Joseph Catholic School Wenatchee with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace. After high school, Holly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education and minored in Biology from Washington State University. In 2007 she completed her Master’s degree in Reading Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University.<\/p>\n

Holly taught Agricultural Education and was an FFA advisor in Brewster, WA before beginning her professional role, rather than that of a student, at St. Joe’s in 2008. Since then, she has taught multiple grade levels and has worked assisting administration as well. Holly believes that the most important thing about learning and education is persistence! When students understand that it is okay to not “get” something right away and that they need to keep practicing and asking questions, then they will be successful.<\/p>\n

What are some things Holly loves about St. Joe’s? “St. Joseph School is a special place, not just because I went there or my children went there, but for the true feeling of family that we have for each other. The staff, students, families and our whole parish community come together to help one another and pray for each other. Being able to share my faith with my students and help them grow their faith, is a Blessing without end.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
